I just got a pseudo lecture for not taking enough time on calls. I Handel calls so fast they think that I’m hanging up on customers. So.. Yeah now my mission is to raise my AHT form 2.5 min to 16 or so min. Its gonna be tough.

Fuck work. They’re taking all the tools that I use all damn day away from me. I can nolonger use trillian to converse with techs in other offices because the newbies get distracted with messaging. So I cannot effectively admin the KB now not can I cannot talk to the guy who helped me create it. GREAT JOB DIPSHITS! AND this DUMB ASS POS co”worker” of mine keeps doing dumb shit so I need to follow him around and clean up after his bullshit. WHICH I cannot do effectively because I can nolonger use trillian. VNC has also been blocked form me now because some fuckign retards keep using it to get into their home PCs so I can’t use it to VNC into the fuckign lab anymore! Many more examples of how I cannot do my work because of other people will mostlikley follow. And I cannot get in contact with a manager because they’re all to busy rewarding dumbasses who impede my working. So instead of being a dick and sitting in idol 6 all damn day I’m going to actually work. Great job dumbasses. Nice working with you all.

So at work they’re moving 5 of my newbies over to Averitech. Which means in the near future panda will go form overstaffed to understaffed. That is if d-1 does what they normally do which is be overzealous about moving people to other contracts and *accidentally* move too many.

Work has gotten ALOT more bearable now that I’m a LVL 2 and have been switched to *****. I’m basically the lifeline for like 30 new techs and prob 30 more soon, so its fun having that added responsibility. Fun but stressfull.
