Man im really beginning to enjoy traveling for work, sofar its been alot of fun!
SanAntonio was kinda boring but what could i expect, although the people were very enjoyable. pretty allrite time, and man i cant begin to tell you how much better traveling is with a GPS unit, i got the Garmin 18 usb gps unit, it works with google earth, streets and trips, absolutely everything. My only complaint with that is the software that comes with it the computerized voice is kinda a bitch. that being the only complaint means its a phenomenal product, but the fact that i bought it up ought to tell you how mcuh of a bitch it is… “drive!”… makes me angry just thinking about it… anywho enough of that tangent.
Im currently sitting in the Austin office. for lack of anything else to do until more people arrive im blogging in a corner. aah the geek life. im going to stay with my cousin tonight and spend the weekend here. got alot of fun stuffed planned.tonight possibly a trip to 6th street, i just read about the Aquarium bar and i don’t think i can leave this city without visiting it. Also very much looking forward to going to Ikea (just realized the broad spectrum there… Ikea and a bar.) I’ also like to mention, DAMN there are a fuck ton of homeless here, vagrants and prostitutes as far as the eye can see, i had my windshield washed 3 times on the way to this office (about 5 miles).The only thing larger than the number of vagrants is the volume of hippies, hippies are measured in volume by the way, several thousand fluid ounces of hippies. its overwhelming, but this weekend is still promising. Well im going to get back to it, have a good one. hopefully pictures to come.
