A system similar to this is rumored to be in testing phases here. dont know if i quite believe that to be true…. but after yesterdays happenings i wouldn’t be too surprised.

Now that I’m an insured and about to be registered properly driver i don’t mind this so much. however a week ago i would have been bitching about big brother.
