In the same sense if you say "IPU's 100% do not exist" (another positive assertion), and I say I have no idea, the burden of proof is on you. if i say "IPU exists" and you say "IPU does not exist" we each have the burden of proof. the burden of proof is both on the theist and the atheist. the only person who avoids it is the agnostic... i have a problem with your burden of proof argument.
